RRB JE 4-Stage Selection Process 2026
- Exam Pattern: 100 Multiple Choice Questions for 100 Marks in 90 Minutes (120 Mins for PwBD).
- Subjects: Mathematics (30), General Science (30), Reasoning (25), General Awareness (15).
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd (0.33) marks per wrong answer. Marks are not added to final appointment merit.
- Exam Pattern: 150 Multiple Choice Questions for 150 Marks in 120 Minutes (2 Hours).
- Structure: 100 Questions from Technical Abilities (Engineering Discipline) + 50 Questions from Non-Tech (GA, Physics/Chem, Computers, Environment).
- This stage strictly decides the rank for Document Verification and final selection.
- Candidates equal to the number of category-wise vacancies are called based on CBT-2 normalized marks.
- Thorough verification of Engineering Diploma / Degree certificate, marks sheets, caste / category certificates, and Aadhaar biometrics.
