3. Selection Process & Exam Pattern (рдкрд░реАрдХреНрд╖рд╛ рдкреИрдЯрд░реНрди рд╡ рдЪрдпрди рдкреНрд░рдХреНрд░рд┐рдпрд╛)
The recruitment will be completed in three successive stages:
- Preliminary Exam (рдкреНрд░рд╛рд░рдВрднрд┐рдХ рдкрд░реАрдХреНрд╖рд╛): Objective-type multiple-choice questions (150 Marks). There is a negative marking of 1/3rd (0.33) for each wrong answer.
- Mains Exam (рдореБрдЦреНрдп рдкрд░реАрдХреНрд╖рд╛): Descriptive written examination consisting of General Studies and optional papers.
- Personality Test (рд╕рд╛рдХреНрд╖рд╛рддреНрдХрд╛рд░): Interview of 120 Marks to evaluate final merit.

Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any stream from a recognized university on or before the application deadline.
